Nelson Rêgo appointed CEO of OGER Investments

The former head of real estate consultants Prime Yield, Nelson Rêgo has been appointed the CEO of investment management company OGER which he helped found 15 years ago.

Returning to executive functions at OGER, Nelson Rêgo will actively lead the business of the holding that is preparing to begin a new phase in its investment policy.
OGER manages and carries out investments in the real estate development areas, real estate rental, proptech, and NPL portfolio management (NPL&REO), preparing to diversify its models of investment with which it approaches these markets.
Focused on dynamic risk profile strategy to maximise and increase the value of capital invested, OGER now aims to adopt co-investment structures.
Nelson Rêgo has more than two decades of experience in investment, development, and real estate consultancy, being involved with companies like ABN Souza, Krata, Tinsa, and Prime Yield, the latter which he set up and led for almost 20 years.
Over that period, Nelson worked with all the main banks and investors operating in Europe, Africa, and Latin America in real estate consultancy, valuing real estate development projects.
Since 2010 he worked alongside some of the most important private equity funds, both on the buy side and sell side in NPL&REO operations.
He has a degree in real estate management as well as various post-graduate qualifications from Salford-Manchester, AESE Lisboa, IESE Madrid/Barcelona, and Secovi-São Paulo. Nelson Rêgo has been a member of RICS (FRICS) since 2007.
