Pujolinvest invests €22 million in Alfama project
The Portuguese developer Pujolinvest is to invest €22 million in a residential refurbishment project in Alfama.
Alfama 83 is one of the largest urban rehabilitation projects to date in what is the second oldest neighbourhood in Europe – continuously inhabited since the early 8th century.
The building subject to renovation covers 3,100 square metres, and will comprise 13 apartments over five floors, ranging from one to four-bedroom apartments, and two duplexes. Five of the apartments will have lovely views over the River Tagus with prices ranging from €850,000 to €6 million.
The project, which will be completed in Q1 of 2025, will also feature leisure and work spaces, such as an equipped gym, sauna, bike park, meeting room and co-woking space.
On the top floor the residents will have free access to a terrace area with a panoramic view over the River Tagus.
