Indumenta Pueri increases capital stake in CTT

The Spanish company Indumenta Pueri has strengthened its capital stake in the Portuguese postal services company CTT.

Its stake has now gone from 10.04% to 15.02% according to information sent to the Portuguese securities market regulator CMVM. The announcement caused CTT shares to climb 1.17% on the Lisbon stock market to €4.32.

Indumenta Pueri is a Malaga-based children’s fashion brand with shares in various sectors and owns the children’s clothing brand Infantil Mayoral, which also has stores in Portugal. The company also acquired a 5% stake in the forestry, renewable energies and cellulosic fibres company Altri in 2016. In 2018 it sold the position for €37 million.
