Portuguese technology consultancy Reditus finally published its annual results for 2022 on Tuesday.

A string of delays in publishing the results – the company has recorded a €8.7 million profit – led to the Portuguese stock market Euronext Lisbon effectively placing the company on a penalty watch.

The company in which entrepreneur Miguel Pais do Amaral has a 24% capital stake, posted €8.7 million in profits, the triple of the €2.7 million posted in 2021, according to the Portuguese stock market regulator CMVM.

Operating income in 2022 amounted to €28.2 million, 14.9% more than in the previous year, while operating results before amortisations (EBITDA) amounted to €13.57 million, an increase of 136.3%. The EBITDA margin improved by 24.7%, reaching 48.1%.

The company highlights the increase in the proportion of its business in the international market, which accounted for 43% of sales in 2022, compared to 25% in the previous year. Reditus shares closed unchanged at €0.025 in Tuesday’s session.

Reditus provides a set of integrated services that provide 360º coverage to businesses in areas such as customer support, operations support, and technology training.
