Vanguard and Amorim slap lawsuit against French condo owners at Comporta

Luxury real estate developers Vanguard Properties and Amorim Luxury have joined forces to pursue legal action against a condominium owned by French investors at Comporta, called L7- Casas da Encosta.

Vanguard Properties and Amorim Luxury claim they are affected by the condominium’s decision to install an access gate to the NDTC urbanisation, where Vanguard’s Dunes development is located, and also where the Amorim group has three plots of land earmarked for the JNCQUOI Comporta hotel and two tourist villages.

They have therefore decided to pursue legal action against the Casas da Encosta and against the co-owners, calling for millions of euros in compensation for current and expected future damages according to the business daily Jornal Económico.
