Martinhal Group wins award at International Property Awards

The Martinhal Group, which has a string of luxury family resorts, hotels and aparthotels in Portugal, has come up trumps at this year’s International Property Awards held in London.

The hoteliers and residential and commercial real estate developers Chitra and Roman Stern won in the Residential Development 20+ Units Portugal category for the Martinhal Residences, a luxury family aparthotel located in East Lisbon’s Parque das Nações.

The development also has contemporary luxury apartments and penthouses designed by internationally-acclaimed architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes.

“We were thrilled to receive last night at the International Property Awards in London the awards for Martinhal Oriente “Best New Hotel Construction and Design in Portugal” and Martinhal Residences has won “Residential Development 20+ Units in Portugal.”

Additionally, we are honoured to be nominated for “Best New Hotel Construction and Design in Europe” for Martinhal Oriente. The winner to be announced at a later date.
