Porto among Europe’s hottest budget destinations

A study by Chicks Gold has found that Porto is among the best value cities to visit by tourists.

Porto was the 9th city in Europe that gave the best value for money with the average cost of a city break costing as little as €678. Krakow in Poland gave the best value at €532, followed by Bucharest (€564), Warsaw (€566), Riga (€583), Prague (€617), Budapest (€629), Istanbul (€629), Stockholm (€674). Valencia came in 10th place at €684.

At the other end of the scale, Zurich cost the most €1,191, Reykjavik (€1,163), Cologne (€1,087), Edinburgh (€992), General (€988), Florence (€986), Florence (€986), Venice (€983), Rome (€967), Copenhagen (€952) and Milan (€918).
