Orion acquires 72%of Corinthia Hotel Lisbon

Orion Capital Managers has completed the acquisition of a 72% stake in the Corinthia Hotel Lisbon, the largest five-star hotel in Lisbon.

The transaction was carried out through an entity managed by Orion and majority-owned by the Orion European Real Estate Fund VI.

The 518-room hotel will continue to be managed by Corinthia Hotels Limited, maintaining the Corinthia Hotels brand.

The transaction, initially announced in January 2026, has now been completed, involving International Hotel Investments Plc (IHI), owner of the Corinthia Hotels portfolio and brand, as the selling party.

In the context of the transaction, JLL acted as advisor for the transaction and financing. Legal advice was provided by Vieira de Almeida, representing Orion, and Abreu Advogados, on behalf of IHI.
