Portugal annual property show SIL (Salão Imobiliário de Portugal) enjoyed considerable growth across a range of indicators in 2026, consolidating its position as a leading event in Portugal and a benchmark on the Iberian Peninsula, according to the organisers.

Held at FIL – Lisbon International Fair at the end of last month, SIL brought together more than 200 exhibitors, representing an increase of over 30% compared to the previous edition.

The international dimension was reinforced with the presence of companies from Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East, contributing to an increasingly global environment oriented towards generating business, investment and internationalisation.

Together with Tektónica – International Construction and Public Works Fair, SIL occupied 45,000 m² of exhibition space, establishing itself as one of the largest Iberian platforms for networking and business in the real estate and construction sectors.

On the demand side, the 2026 edition exceeded 39,000 visitors, representing growth of around 30% compared to the previous edition.

These results highlight the strong attraction capacity of the two events and reinforce their strategic complementarity throughout the sector’s value chain.

For Sérgio Runa, Manager of SIL, “SIL 2026 shows significant growth compared to 2025, but more than the numbers, the relevance of the participants stands out.

The event continues to establish itself as the main meeting point for real estate in Portugal, bringing together different segments and associated services. SIL Investment Pro registered hundreds of participants around strategic themes such as Build to Rent and Housing / Industrialised Construction.”

SIL therefore reinforces its role as a strategic platform for the development of the real estate sector, promoting excellence, internationalization and the creation of new business opportunities.

The next edition will take place from April 22 to 24, 2027, at FIL – Lisbon International Fair.
