Novo SBE in Financial Times top 10 ranking for executive training
Nova SBE has reached the top 10 of the world’s best executive education schools, achieving its highest ever position in this Financial Times (FT) ranking.
Católica Porto Business School will be included in the 2026 list, bringing the total number of Portuguese business schools to six. This year’s ranking is headed by the Italian SDA Bocconi School of Management, which dethroned IMD in Switzerland.
According to the ranking released this Monday, out of 100 institutions, Nova SBE climbs six positions after falling two places last year, from 13th to 15th. “Today we are, in every sense of the word, a world-class school,” says Pedro Oliveira, the school’s director, quoted in a press release.
The FT ranking is divided into two categories: customized programs, tailored to companies, and open programs. In the first case, Nova achieves the aforementioned 9th position, while in the second, the Carcavelos school also registers a significant rise of ten places, moving from 30th to 20th.
