‘Symphonic Leadership’ is the theme for the 32nd edition of the IRGAwards which will take place on 19 September at the Convento do Beato in Lisbon.

Each year the awards distinguish the very best in the Portuguese financial and business sectors.
The awards reward the best business performances while at the same time encourage policies and attitudes of transparency and quality in investor relations.
Under the slogan “The Symphonic Leadership”, economist Vítor Bento, president of the jury, explains that: “an orchestra and symphony are two good examples to use as a metaphor for management challenges were those involved have to work in harmony and coordinate various skills and in which challenges have to be met at various rhythms and times.”
“Sometimes there are quiet moments, other times there are moments of grand success and joy. There are also challenging times too when things get complicated and there are a lot of things going on at the same time”, adds the economist.
