Cushman & Wakefield sells Edifício Alto do Parque

The commercial property agents Cushman & Wakefield has sold the shop and office space at the Alto do Parque building in Lisbon.

 

The mixed-use building is by El Corte Inglês and close to Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade. It was owned by Triuva Kapitalverwaltungesellschaft and recently bought by the Patrizia Group and is represented by C&W.

The shops occupied by Decathlon, Nespresso and Zilian and office space rented to international publicity agency McCann as well as parking for 101 vehicles has now passed to the private investor.

The Alto do Parque building comprises nine floors above ground and seven below. It has 82 apartments with typologies ranging from T1 and T6+6 with views overlooking Parque Eduardo VII. The shops are located next to El Corte Inglês on Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar. The 20,923m2 project was designed by JSTC & Associates in 2001 for developer Imobiliária Alto do Parque S.A.
