Vanguard Properties invests €80 million in Lisbon towers

Vanguard Properties is to invest €80 million building what will become Lisbon’s tallest building.

Work on the 25-floor Infinity building in Campolide will start in October.

Vanguard Properties is a Portuguese property investment fund owned by a Family Office (a vehicle that offers investment opportunities to HNWI with consdierable patrimony).

The new development will be 80 metres high with 26 floors above ground level and 195 apartments ranging from studio flats to five-bedroom duplex apartments occupying a total LBA of 50,000m2.

Work on the tower block will take two years with completion scheduled for October 2020.

José Cardoso Botelho, managing director of Vanguard Properties states that the “project will be a landmark building on the Lisbon landscspe because of its size, location and architectural design while the the apartments will variously have views over Lisbon’s 18th century Aquaduct, Monsanto park and the river Tejo.

Designed by Lisbon architects Saraiva & Associates, the building is marketed as “not just a building, but a lifestyle.”

Vanguard is already vehind a number of modern and sophisticated projects in Lisbon includng Castilho 203 which is soon to be the city’s most inconic downtown tower on the central and prestigious Rua Catilho at walking distance from Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade.

Castilho 203 offers a unique concept of high-end and esclusive living with 13 floors of only 20 apartments of exceptional qualithy and design with two and three-bed typologies.

Radio Palace, a rehabilitation project designed by ARX Arquitectos comprises three refurbished and modernised 19th buildings located in the exclusive historical centre of Lapa where many embassies and diplomatic residences are to be found.

The refurbishment offers apartments with broad open spaces, high ceilings and solid-wood staircases and incorporates much of the orginal 19th century features.
