JJW Hotels & Resorts unveils Formosa Park Hotel Apartments

JJW Hotels and Resorts Portugal has unveiled the show apartment for its latest project — the Formosa Park Hotel Apartments in the Algarve.

The project involves the total revamping and modernisation of an existing hotel into a boutique apart-hotel located in the Algarve’s upmarket Quinta do Lago and close to Vale do Lobo.

The Formosa Park Hotel Apartments overlooks the Ria Formosa protected nature wetlands and is just 500 metres from  the golden sands of Ancão beach.

Surrounded by prestigious designer golf courses and charming villas, the project consists of 61 T1 and T2 apartments with areas between 67m2 and 165m2 offering a minimum annual return of 5% in the first three years.

The existing hotel unit, still in operation, will close in November when refurbishment works will begin with the apartments being completely revamped.

Ruben Paula, Operations Director of JJW Hotels & Resorts in Portugal, says, “The project immediately attracted the attention of investors, including those looking for a holiday home and  those wanting a second home from which they can get a guaranteed return. Two apartments have already been sold and interest in the others has been high.”

The project is expected to be ready for the summer season of 2019 and apart from the public rooms, will include a bar, restaurant and spa as well as a pool and children’s play park.
