Vanguard starts Muda Reserve project

Infrastructure works at Muda Reserve have begun in a 24-month Vanguard Properties project to create a new tourist village.

The new village is located in the village of Muda in Comporta, offering a fresh take on the traditional Alentejo village, combining a rural lifestyle with all the securities and mod-cons of contemporary life.

The project for this new village involves around 50 twinned homes called Casas da Aldeia with typologies varying between studio and three-bed properties with areas between 60 m2 and 200 m2 and includes the latest modern conveniences and private garden with pool.

In the vicinity are various support facilities including sports areas, pool, commercial area comprising café, supermarket and restaurant, children’s playground and chapel.

2300 m2The Villas de Aldeia is another project on the site with around 150 plots of land with areas between 670 m2 and 2300 m2, with typologies from three to six-bed properties with construction areas that vary between 150 m2 and 700 m2 and just a stone throw from the village centre.

The Muda Reserve project is a €200 million investment over a 350 hectare area of pristine land recreating the idea of a traditional Portuguese village and comprising houses, villas and estates with gardens, vegetable allotments and fruit tree orchards.
