UK broker opens Lisbon office
The UK brokers specialising in Contract for Difference (CFDs) derivatives, Infinox, founded in 2009 by Robert Berkeley, has announced its entry into the Portuguese market by opening an office in Lisbon.
Infinox is a trading platform specialising in Trade forex, indices, equities, commodities, cryptocurrencies and futures with the aim of making CFD trading accessible and understandable for general traders and investors.
Infinox was born with the vision of delivering a client-focused trading platform and today has a multinational workforce and offices around the world with the new Lisbon office the latest in its portfolio.
Tiago da Costa Cardoso has been appointed to head the regional office which will cover the Iberian peninsula and who will lead a team of experienced financial trading analysts.
The company uses its own platform – IX Trader – and the MT4 platform so that investors can negotiate Share CFDs and other assets and financial instruments.
Infinox is authorised and regulated by the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Portuguese market securities commission CMVM to operate as a financial intermediary.
Created in 2009 by Robert Berkley, Infinox’s goal is to offer a premium brokerage service to each investor based on a strategic vision and values centred on excellence, integrity, ambition and transparency.
Through a broker, the investor has access to various global markets, assets and financial instruments at reduced costs benefitting from state-of-the-art technology using various dealer platforms, including its own platform IX Trader.
CFDs is a popular form of derivative trading which enables the investor to speculate on the rising or falling prices of fast-moving global financial markets (or instruments) such as shares, indices, commodities, currencies and treasuries* (*government bonds).
It means that investors can speculate on the financial markets without having to take ownership of the underlying assets and are reasonably safe when used correctly and with low levels of leverage.
“We want to help investors to achieve their financial objectives and personal ambitions via a premium service which is reliable and transparent through dynamic and competitive products,” says Tiago da Costa Cardoso.
Infinox was in 2018 considered one of the top 100 British private technology companies for the second year running with the greatest growth in sales over the past three years by Tech Track 100. UK broker opens Lisbon office
