Portuguese online fashion platform unicorn Farfetch has selected seven startups with innovative ideas for the fashion industry to help scale.

The seven will be part of the third edition of Dream Assembly, the technology scale program founded by its founder José Neves.
Once again the company has brought Burberry on board as its partner. Launched in April 2018, Dream Assembly has already helped to scale 19 projects.
For this third edition the company has chosen startups BECOCO, Brandpoint Analytics, Change of Paradigm, Inline Digital, Mirow, Personify XP and the Portuguese startup Springkode to join the program.
The seven-week program will include workshops, individual sessions with Farfetch senior mentors on topics such as e-commerce, marketing, technology, fashion, logistics and operations.
The initiative which kicks off this month rounds off with a demo day — a pitch in front of potential investors in London.
In the first program, Farfetch helped 11 technology startups from nine different countries. The second focused on sustainability and selected eight startups with projects that had social or environmental benefits in areas such as bequests, retail, rental and manufacturing.
“The mentoring and vision in each program has been of inestimable value and we are looking forward to welcome this new group of companies.
“We have witnessed incredible startups pass through Dream Assembly and it has been fantastic to be able to help the next generation of technology companies dedicated to moulding the future of e-commerce,” says Stephanie Phair, Farfetch Chief Customer Officer.
