“Property development: Are you brave?”

The Portuguese Association of Real Estate Investors and Developers (APPII) will run a workshop on “The Future of Real Estate Development” on 21 November as part of a series of workshops.

Among the speakers at the event at the Rooftop Victoria Building in Avenida da Liberdade will be Carlos Suárez, MD of insurance company Victória Seguros, Henrique de Polignac de Barros, President of the APPII with opening speeches followed by a panel on the Industrialisation of Construction with Fernando Vasco Costa, Country Manager Portugal Nexity, João Sousa, CEO JPS Group and Pedro Gonçalves, Head of Real Estate, Eiffage Immobilier.
Panel II will include impressions from Rita Calejo Pires, Director of Persuadis Marketing Imobiliário, José Cardoso Botelho, Executive Managing Director of Vanguard Properties, Pedro Vicente, CEO of Habitat Invest, Carlos Vasconcellos Cruz, Executive Chairman of Quantico SA, Paulo Loureiro, CEO of Louvre Properties and Carlos Patrício, CEO of Pujol Invest.
Panel III will include reflections from Ernst & Young, Mota-Engil Renewing, Vasco Pereira Coutinho, Founding Partner Kaziffy and Gonçalo Abreu, Founding Partner of Alfredo AI.
