Developer VIC Properties has begun the process of putting the 65 apartments that make up Edifício Urban building at Prata Riverside Village up for sale.

The prices for the apartments designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, start from €275,000 and the Urban project offers 18 apartments from studio flats and one-bedroom properties and nine two-bedroom properties, all with electric charger parking spaces and storage rooms.
“Urban has a distinct architecture from the other buildings at Prata Riverside Village because they have been designed mostly for people who live alone, such as expats living in Lisbon for a limited period of time such as students, or couples and families of three or four people,” says Marcos Drummond, Head of Sales for VIC Properties. Urban is expected to be completed by the summer of 2022.
The project is located right on the River Tagus, just a few metres from its banks and linked directly to Parque das Nações. Marcos Drummond says that work has continued apace despite the Covid-19 pandemic which has had “no impact on the construction schedule” while the developer did not notice any decline in interest in the apartments from potential buyers despite the pandemic.
“We are continuing to see strong demand and the sale of the apartments in the other buildings is proceeding at a brisk pace which is frankly very positive,” says the Head of Sales for VIC Properties.
