Galp CEO buys shares in the company

The new president of the Executive Commission of Galp has bought a share in the company, totalling 25,323 shares for €243,000 according to notice from the stock market regulator CMVM.

In the same notice, Galp states that on “21 June, 2021, the executive member of the board of administration, Andrew Richard Dingley Brown, was informed of the purchase of the company’s shares”.
The purchase took place on 18 June for the price of €9.61 per share, in other words at total of €243,000.
According to the shareholders of Galp, Andy Brown now holds exactly 25,323 shares. The shareholders of Galp voted in the new president of the Executive Commission and CEO, Andy Brown at a general shareholders meeting to succeed Carlos Gomes da Silva.
On 12 January, Galp informed the market that Carlos Gomes da Silva had stood down from his position as president of the Executive Commission.
Andrew Brown, 58, is the Vice-Chair and CEO of Galp Energia, SSGPS SA.
