NFON to bolster Lisbon R&D team

NFON – a cloud telephony internet based voice communications systems tech company – is recruiting for its R&D centre in Lisbon.

The German company began its operations in Portugal in 2020 and is now recruiting to double its team by the end of 2021, going from 18 staff to 36.
The focus will be on hiring engineers, with vacancies for front-end and back-end engineers, quality assurance and SIP/Voice engineers.
In addition, the company which supplies company communication solutions in ‘voice from cloud’ is also recruiting sales and marketing operations managers and tech recruiters.
“We’re looking for professionals who have the right mix of hard and soft skills, a proactive attitude and who want to learn, grow and make an impact at NFON,” says Markus Krammer, managing director of NFON, quoted in a communiqué.
“We want candidates from areas such as maths, IT engineering, science and technology and who have a broad knowledge of English,” he says.
The new staff will help develop cloud-based communications as well as being part of the development of large international projects.
