SIL starts Thursday

SIL, Portugal’s biggest annual property fair, opens on Thursday this week in Lisbon.

Running until 10 October and in tandem with the conferences SIL INVESTMENT PRO, organised in partnership with the APPII (The Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors) and the APR (Portuguese Association of Resorts), this edition will discuss the current big challenges and opportunities facing the real estate sector.
There will be a special focus on segments such as ‘Residential Tourism’, ‘Planning Permission’, ‘The View of the Professionals’, ‘International Investment’, ‘The Tax Burden’ and ‘The Future of the Sector’.
