Bondstone invests €15 million in Cascais

Louvre Properties, a brand from the Bondstone Group, started work this week on the construction of its first residential real estate project in the upmarket seaside resort of Cascais.

Built by Tecniarte – Projectos e Construções, completion is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2023 in an investment of around €15 million.
Located in the town’s Gandarinha area and just 200 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, The Coral comprises 15 apartment units ranging from one to four bedrooms which are divided between ‘prime, sky, city and ocean view flats, ‘green villas’ and ‘penthouse’ with around 50% of the apartments already reserved off plan” states the real estate developer in a communiqué.
Still available are apartments from one bedroom (72m2) at €525,000 and three-bedroom apartments (183m2) at €1.45 million.
Paulo Loureiro, founder and CEO of Bondstone highlights “the acceptance of the real estate market for The Coral with a rate of sales accelerating in the last quarter of 2021, taking into account the timeless design of the project conceived to meet the needs of the national and international market”.
It is the second project announced recently after the Bondstone Group announced the end of a joint venture with the holding Violas Ferreira in Porto having reached an agreement with the Portuguese group led by Tiago Violas Ferreira to acquire all of its share in the Greenstone project, a new luxury residential development in the Foz area, with 36 apartments in an expected €28 million investment.
