Binance hires in Portugal

Binance, the largest crypto assets platform in the world, is hiring in Portugal as it awaits its financial services licence from the Bank of Portugal.

There are currently four positions open in Lisbon according to Binance’s website, offering competitive salaries and flexible working conditions, and career opportunities in a multinational environment.
The opportunities are in areas such as product management, client support, communities and operational growth management, and senior management in the Portuguese market.
In the specific case of country lead in Portugal, the chosen candidate being in charge of ‘strategy and operations in Binance’s key markets worldwide’, fluency in English is a must and mandarin desirable.
In recent years, Binance has increased its marketing efforts in Portugal. For example, it sponsored one of the stages at the Nos Primavera Sound music festival.
If the Bank of Portugal issues the company a licence, Binance will be the first company of its kind with an International base registered in the Portuguese market at a time when virtual assets do not have any legal framework in Europe.
