Vanguard Properties launched its luxury real estate development Infinity that is already considered one of the most iconic buildings in Lisbon.

Located in the Sete Rios (Campolide) part of the city and close to the Monsanto Natural Park, the development has 26 floors, 50,000m2 of construction area, and 195 apartments ranging from one bedroom to six-bedroom duplex apartments and 352 parking spaces, and represents a €90 million investment. Most of the buyers are Portuguese.
The building was designed by the studio Saraiva+Associates with a concentric plan of three wings and a central hub with each wing having a different name depending on the part of the city it overlooks: River, Nature and City.
Some of the duplex apartments have their own garden terraces and double ceiling height. The interior design of the shared areas were designed by Casa do Passadiço.
The lobby stands out for the specially designed pieces by artist Joana Vasconcelos and is part of her series ‘Paintings in Crochet’ developed since 2009 and which has examples in large international museums and collections.
There is also a site-specific work of art called ‘Infinity Landscape’ comprising several hand-made figures in simple crochet point in which the abstract and natural world combine trough colour, gradient and volume.
The shared lounge area uses top-quality materials such as natural leather, linen and bouclé, providing comfort and an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The lamps were specially designed by Murano.
There is an outdoor infinity pool on the 24th floor offering a panoramic view over the city as well as an indoor pool for adults (24.5x5m), another for children, and two recreation rooms, a Technogym, kids club, spa, meeting rooms, co-work spaces and indoor patio with garden areas and a padel court.
The development also has a direct path link to Monsanto Park so that the residents can easily access and enjoy the 900 hectares of green spaces.
