Keller Williams with €39M turnover

The estate agency, Keller Williams Portugal has posted a €39 million turnover to September with a 25% growth in the number of clients, 32% increase in mortgage brokers, and a €770,000 Growth Share in bonuses distributed to agents.

Keller Williams, a company that offers training, coaching and uses advanced tecnology in its business, announced its results to September, the realtor enjoying above average growth in the market and a solid performance. It emphasised the importance of training and giving its members the knowledge and tools needed to face market challenges.
By the end of the third quarter of 2023, Keller Williams Portugal posted an accumulated turnover of €39 million, an amount that represents not only its solid presence in the market, but also the company’s commitment to quality and excellence in the services provided.
“In 2022, we had anticipated the possibility of a slowdown in the real estate market, which saw a fall of around 16% in turnover, according to the latest data from the national statistics institute (INE).
Meanwhile, at Keller Williams Portugal we are proud and optimistic in relation to the performance of our agents who succeeded in maintaining levels of turnover compared to the like-for-like period,” said Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal.”
