Bondstone creates Bondstone Investment Management SGOIC
The Portuguese private equity and asset management company Bondstone has set up Bondstone Investment Management, SGOIC.
It will manage two separate investment subsidiaries with a portfolio of assets valued at €70 million.
The new fund management company will manage investments for residential, tourism, logistics and commercial real estate developments.
Bondstone Investment Management, SGOIC will strengthen the company’ s growth strategy and boost business.
Through the creation of this subsidiary, Bondstone will now “manage funds and investment vehicles aimed at commercial and residential real estate and will be fully licensed and supervised by the Portuguese stock market regulator CMVM”, says the company.
In the short term, Bondstone will begin by managing two real estate development companies to develop residential and tourism projects in Lisbon and the Algarve with a portfolio valued at €70 million, and hopes to double its volume of assets currently under management in the coming years.
Bondstone, founded in 2016, is a private equity real estate investment and asset management firm exclusively focused on the Portuguese market, investing across select asset classes and investment styles according to its website.
