Norges Bank reduces share in EDP to 4.97%

Norges Bank, which runs Norway’s sovereign fund, informed the Portuguese energy giant EDP that it had “reduced its capital share” in the electricity and renewables company to 4.9% along with respective voting rights.

According to the securities market regulator CMVM on Thursday, the operation was carried out on April 2. Norges Bank did have a 5.008% share in EDP with the respective voting rights.
