Avenue’s €220M investment

Developer Avenue has announced two new real estate projects representing €220 million of investment.
Avenue said of the projects which are still in an embryonic phase: “We have two projects that have been purchased and we are in the planning permission process. One is a large project in Lisbon, with housing and office components.
“We hope to get planing permission during the course of next year”, said the president of Avenue, a developer held by the fund Aermont based in Luxembourg.
